This website may discuss targeting, reconnaissance, surveillance, social engineering, digital exploitation, physical access, financial or legal exploitation, insider pathways, and other adversary methods in the context of Counter-Targeting.

 

Nothing on this website constitutes authorization, instruction, encouragement, or permission to engage in any activity that would otherwise be unlawful, unauthorized, or improper.

 

Any testing or other operational activity performed by Recce Group is conducted only pursuant to appropriate authorization, defined scope, and applicable legal and operational requirements.

 

3. Engagements

 

Submitting an inquiry, participating in an introductory call or Private Demonstration, or otherwise communicating with Recce Group does not create a client relationship or obligate Recce Group to undertake an engagement.

 

Any services provided by Recce Group are governed by separate written agreements defining the applicable scope, authorization, responsibilities, and terms of the engagement.In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a written agreement governing services provided by Recce Group, the written agreement governing those services controls.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website—including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, frameworks, methodologies, processes, terminology, branding, logos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Recce Group and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
